Terms of service
These terms are the agreement between you and Kego Media (Gianmarco Lubiana, Ontario, Canada), which makes Cardflow. By using Cardflow you agree to them. Questions: gianmarco@kegomedia.com.
Your account
You need to be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to use Cardflow. Keep your sign-in to yourself; you're responsible for what's done with your account.
Plans and minutes
- Plans are paid monthly or yearly, in US dollars, and renew automatically until you cancel.
- Each plan includes minutes of video a month. A minute is counted when a video is processed, by the length of the video. Minutes start over every month (on yearly plans too) and unused minutes don't carry over.
- Deleting a video doesn't give its minutes back.
- Extra minutes bought on top of a plan are used after your plan's minutes and don't expire while you have a plan.
- Moving to a bigger plan starts right away and you pay the difference for the rest of the period. Moving to a smaller plan starts at the end of the period you've paid for.
- You can cancel any time from Manage billing. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you've paid for. Payments already made aren't refunded, except where the law requires it.
- The free trial includes 3 minutes of video and the full editor, without export.
Your videos
Your videos, and everything Cardflow makes from them, are yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to run Cardflow for you. You must have the rights to everything you upload, including music, images, footage and the people in it.
Fair use
Don't use Cardflow for anything illegal, harmful or misleading, to break someone else's rights, or to overload or get around the service's limits. We may suspend accounts that do.
AI and accuracy
Cardflow uses AI to transcribe your videos and write your cards. It can make mistakes, so check your video before you publish it. You're responsible for what you publish.
The service
We work to keep Cardflow running and your work safe, but it's provided as it is, without guarantees that it will always be available or free of errors. Keep your own copy of anything important. To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim is limited to what you paid Cardflow in the 12 months before it.
Changes and ending
We may change these terms; if a change matters, we'll email you before it takes effect. You can stop using Cardflow and delete your account at any time.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and Canada.
